My GC has been approved recently. Currently I do not work with sponsoring company.
Company A sponsored my GC. I was laid off after six month in I-485 and started working for Company B according to AC21. Now my GC is approved while working with Company B. I didn't inform INS about my job change and GC approved without any query or RFE.
Do I really need to wait six month safe time-frame before switching job? Because Technically speaking, my sponsoring company already laid me off. So intention of permanent position with sponsoring company is already gone.
I am thinking of changing job within 1 or 2 month.
Any suggestion/advice is appreciated.
