Laid Off before approval of LC

Got laid off before approval of LC. Employer still committed to sponsoring me. Promising to re-hire once I obtained a GC.

LC just got approved. Employer is still committed to supporting me. We are now getting ready to file I-140 and I-485. What are my chances since this is for a future employment.

Please advise.
