My friend Z got laid off on December 24, 2008. However, he could not find a job till Feb 24, 2009. Anyways, he recently applied for H1 transfer to another employer.
1. The first issue is his H1 is getting expired on April 5.
2. The second issue is that he does not have recent paystub because he was laid off in Dec.
Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
