Hi All,
I got my 140 approved from CSC in May 2001 and was waiting to find a girl to get married and file my 485. But unfortunately I got laid off last week and don't know what to do. Is there any provision in immigration law that I can exercise to apply 485? I have a different job with my H1 transferred with same title. Can I apply for Consular Processing from the new company???
