I got terminated 2 months back and company gave me 2 month severance pacakage and told they will revoke my H1 after 3 months later i.e on 22nd Oct. I don't have pay stub for last 2 months.
Now I have couple of questions
1) I have got an offer from a start up company. I want to know what complication will be there in doing H1 transfer to the new employer ?
2) My I 140 is approved with the company , what affect will it have on my GC process ?
3) I also got offer from one canada based software company and they told that they can't provide me with "confirmation letter from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC)." needed to get work visa (in addition to job offer) ? Can I go Canadian embassy without HRSDC document and try my luck to get work visa?
