Labout still pending

I applied my labour on Oct 31 2002 in Delaware still it is not approved ....When asked about it my Attorney said i had Prevailing wages Query ...Does anyone know what isthat about ....Then today i just wanted to know the reciept number i have the number like P2003-DE-XXXXXXXX so do you guys think mine is in the Philly or still in Delware and how much time does it usally take in Regional office ....

the Querry is about the Wages .. I am pretty sure your lawer and company might have answred them .. So just check Phyli DOL with your casenumber ..
