Labour transfer doubt?

Hi,

Question regarding my Labor --

" I got my labor certified from Company A. Presently I am working with
Company B. Company B also filed my Labor. Is there any way I can use
Company "A",s labor(Of course company willing to give it) and file my
I-140 from Company B" ?

"Company "A" is not in good position to apply I-140. So I have only
the choice to apply (If at all possible) thru Company B."

I am new to this forum. Could anyone help me what would be good in my
situation.

NO its ILLEGAL.

company B cannot file i-140 using company-A's labor.

whats the problem for company-a. is it because of ability to pay or something else. post more details for useful response.

The reason I am not interested in doing from company A is its not doing financially well. As many of other people who filed their I-140 from company A got rejected after getting an RFE saying "financial ability of the company is not good". Due to this, I am thinking there is no point in applying I-140 with that company.

Suggest me If at all there is any way to overcome this situation.

Secondly, Let me know If I filed my I-140 from Company A and got rejected, then does it have any impact on my GC process from company B ?
