I am working for a software company and my employer wants to apply my I-140 for GC processing by using substitute labor.
The permanent labor certification which is cleared needs MS in CS in June 2001. But I too have a MS in CS but gratuated in
July 2001. What are my chances that my I-140 will be approved since there is two months difference between the graduation dates?
