I work with company A and my 140 is already approved. (PD Jun 2006). I am trying for an approved labour with company B. The approved LCA is for 4 years degree. Mine is 3 years + PG Diploma in computers + 8 years exp. Am I be having any problems in I-140 approval with company B if I take approved labour.
