labour substitute - BS equivalency

I recently filed my I-140 using somebody else labour. The labour certificate states that the job require a BS (4 years)in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, however I have a three year Bachelors degree in English and 3 years postgraduate diploma from NIIT ,will this cause any problems with the approval , I do have an education evaluation from of one the evaluating agency ,which states my education is equivalent to BS in Computer science and this evaluation is based on education alone and not any experience .Any feedback will be appreciated.
