My co filed my LC/RIR under EB2 category on Dec 14, 2001.

I havnt heard a thing since then. Also my co refuses to give me my case no, as it says, that may interfere with the GC process. Can they do that under the law, or do they have to give me my case no if I ask for it. Also another strange thing is they say they dont have a case no as of yet for me, and the case no is given only when someone in LC department starts lookin at the papers, does that sound correct.

My LC got file in DOL Philly......I work in Chicago, but have been told that my RIR will be processed by Phill Regional office as our HO is in Philly. Is there any one out there in the same boat. Any updates would be appretiated. I have been looking at the timings on the approval process for a while now, and they seem to have been frozen for a while, though they now seem to be moving.

If your labour has filed in Phyli on Dec . By this time it might have approved .. Hmm .check with yoru employer and ask the lawer who filed it .

There are few people already certified their labour in your date range . Your company people are misleading you .. Try to findout some way to get info..

I am also in the same boat like you. My LC Application is received by Philly SESA on 28 Dec'2001. My Employer and Lawyer says they did't hear anything as of today.. they claim they don't even have a case number for me. I hope I will hear something soon..
