I have a pending labour from one company, and it has been pending fr 2 years now...and i have getting my h1 extensions depending on that pending labour.. now i was planning on getting a preapproved labour labour as I am tired of waiting... and will have to switch my h1 to that company.. will that jeopardise my previous labour...what do i do.... any suggestions...
