Question 1: when I send to the lawyer for labour I just sent him the latest experience letter as in India,but at that time I was in USA on H1b a year ago..
2.On the same time I signed him the application saying I am applying for AOS.
Question: My question is when I am applying for I-140 does the information has to be same or can I add my latest experience and can I change my decision on AOS.I put till date in Indian experience eventhough I am in USA.
My simple question is when you are applying for I-140 doest it shows anywhere my information on the labour.
Can I upgrade or correct my information
