Why did you get experience letter from an Indian company? Is that Indian company your primary employer?

G.c

Yeah he is the primary employer I didnot claim any USA experience because from last 5 months I didnot get a job so I didnot pay taxes so that is the reason i avoided claiming american experience.
Please advice me on that
Thanks

What is important here is the relationship between the Indian company and the US company. If those are the same companies you describe your experience, it will be no problem in using one name instead of other. In fact.. You might even be able to put both their names and addresses on the same letter.

As with most "body shopping" firms.. I would think your Indian firm subcontracted (read "sold") you to the US firm. In this case you would face some problem by changing your work history so late in the game. It is always a good thing to maintain the same work history when dealing with USCIS. It is not an intelligent thing to assume your records from previous processing is not available during your CP.

Speak to your employer, and if possible speak with an attorney with your specific information. Any advice I give here would be general in nature, and you want to discuss your specific situation with some one.

Live happy.

Joef you blabbering Joker. You typed so much, but none of what you typed applies to the question posted by Durga. You are answering questions that were never asked. Focus on the issue please.
