I am stuck in Texas NOF-labour forever.
I had earlier applied for I-140 in Vermont and it got nullified since I quit the company and employer did not respond to the RFE. If I go back to him, Is it possible to use the same labour and file for I-140 thru that employer. He is showing some interest..
Also, how long is it taking for fresh Labour application in Philadephia? Any information would appreciated very much.
