Labour Condition Application (LCA) while in AOS ?

Hi Gurus,

I have a quick question to every one.

Any one have applied for LCA while in AOS ?
Do we need to take LCA like H1B people ?

I have just curious to know while we are working on EAD we need to have LCA provided by our present employer ?

Please let me know so that, I will ask my presnet employer to get.

You don;t need LCA while working with an EAD.
