My Labour was filed last year May -2003.I expect it to be cleared by Oct-2005 by the current processing times.
Iam working with A employer & B Employer had filed the GC for me.In this case when my 6 years limit come an end ( Oct -05 )
How should I get my H1B extended ?Any idea about the process ?
Is there any chance of PERM coming into effect this year ?
Looking at everything, I guess I will the see the actual GC in 2008 in Iam alive .
Correct me if Iam wrong & would like to hear
Note - I work in Maine .Is it wise enough to file GC from 3rd employer - C as the labour is current in this state ?
