I am trying to transfer my H1 (8th year extn) and the new employer says I need to get the snapshot of labour certification.How to get a Labour certification snapshot (filed in April 2004 and waiting) from Dalls BEC?
I sent email to H1B7YR@phi.dflc.us with the case no and I didn't get any response. is it correct way to do it? how much it will take normally?
Looks like this address may be Phil BEC's address? any body has Email address for Dallas BEC? or can some one tell me how to go about the whole thing?
