Labour certification Doest it ever expire

I have not heard of any expiry date on LC's but surely if the LC becomes very old there might be RFE's in the 140 stage (what if the LC was approved in like 80's, boy the market has surely changed since then) - But less than an year does not sound too bad, to be on the safe side apply as soon as possible-- though I have to repeat that I never heard of expiry date on LC.
