Where will you apply? When will you apply? Have there been any layoff\'s in the company? Are US workeres available for the position? Is the position one that clearly qualifies for an EB-2? Will all the paperwork bwe completeed properly? Will DOL/SESA issue a NOF? How quickly will the attorney respond to the NOF?

EB2 and RIR if company has laid off employees
My company has applied for EB2 and RIR. I have around 7 years of
s/w experience but the company has laid off employees in Oct 2001.
My Labour was applied in Jan 2002.
with more scrutiny for RIR, What are the repurcusions of this case?
