Labour backlog Center Help

Hi,

I am Rajesh, I need really a big help from all your experiences.

My Employer applied Labour in March 2005 from Kansas City.
The Lawyer who works for my employer actually filed my labour. Around in April i called the lawyer asking for the File Number. At that Lawyer said as we applied Labour in the March Just they forwarded my labour Application to backlog center ( Dallas Center ) thats why they didnt enter my labour information and not able to given my File Number. its only 4 months left for my 6 year period. Recently my situation is discussed with my lawyer like saying without file number how the backlog center is going to send my screen shot to show the proof for the seventh year extension.

Here are my Question:

1. Even though if we filed Labour in the last moment of reqular process is there ay case of not getting File number from Kansas City labour department.

2. If Lawyer and Employer dont want to provide File Number for me is there any way i can get that information from Kansas City Labour Department.

Please Please Help Me i am in really in bad situation

Hi r35nwb,

Don't panic the situation is not that bad. I can't assure you that your lawyer is telling the truth but let's assume that he is correct.

You have to send an email to the following address: h1b7yr@dal.dflc.us

In the subject field type in:

Proof of pending foreign labor application

Then in the body type in the following:

Employer name : xyz
Employer address: 123 abc rd, somewhere usa
Alien Name: your name
Alien Address: your address

State Filed: Kansas

Thanks MDWatch i have a question Backlog center will send proof of labour field screen shot to every body or only for employers/Lawers who ever filed.

One more Question in How many days, we can expect reply from Backlog center after we send a request for Screenshot.

We cant say for sure..dont send on a Monday Morning..it might get lost in the flood of queries..send it on a Tue/Wednesday or mid week..

I got a reply within 3 hrs..but we cant garantee.. I tried with a yahoo acct..

Ente your First and Last name too in the details..

Dont panic..If you dont get anything ask your lawyer to call up PBEC and 'speak' with someone about your status..lest they might put him to automatic voice message..

One more Question is there any time frame to ask for Screen shot like we need to ask only couple of month before the end of 6 year period.
