Labour and I-140 in CA. But 485 in Texas? Will this work?

I live in Texas and work for a client in Texas for past few years. My Consulting company is in CA? My Labour and 140 got cleared in CA (India, EB3). My attorney has applied 485 in Texas? Is it okay?? Will this work?? Please help!. Under pressure....

You are ok. Thats a normal process. But your I485 could have been applied through CSC as well.
