I have an H1B and an Approved Labor Certification with company X (No I140 yet). In the meantime I had to move to company Y (in the same exact field, same job description and same job location), so I obtained a new H1 Aproval Notice.
Question: Can the Green Card process be continued on the new company (starting with filing I140 and so on), without having to reapply for LC again? Is yes, is it going to affect my case in any way? If No, can I open a second case with the new company, and run them both in paralel? THX
