I joined this company which filed a LC ( RIR )on April 2002 for somebody. Since that guy left the company, they want to subtitute me for that LC. The skillsets and position name are same.
But i have masters degree but the LC filed for someone with Bachelor Degree. Is that a problem?
Also, its filed in Philadelphia on April 2002. The web site show that current SESA processing date is May 2002. Does that mean that decision on this LC has been already sent to Employer?
When i asked the lawyer he says the date in Web site is not always right and it depends on the case.
One more question. What are the risks involved when filing as RIR case?
