Labor Substitution

Hi All,

My company is going to use labor substitution for me and applying for I-140/485 now. Is there any problem applying for both at the same time? Does it matter if the ducational qualifications of me and the other person are different? We are doing a similar job with same job title.

Any infor. will be helpful.

your education qualification should be same or higher.... as in if he/ she is a BS then you have to be a BS or if they are Ms you have to be MS and i think your pay should be the same.
