hi,
I have an offer from this company to use Labor certfification they expect to receive in couple of months. I came to know there was an RFE from SESA and was sent back to state. The company claims it has already successfully done labor substitution recently and this is not a problem. BTW, the state is VA. Now if I accept this offer what should I be aware of. I really have no clue when the labor would be approved if at all I can use it. I have very few options right now and I badly want to go with it. Any inputs will be appreciated.
