Could any one answer my following concern??
My company attorney told me that they have a approved labor which they can use it for me but the labor is approved for MCA consultant but I'm Btech - Computers with more than 7 years of experience? Can that labor used for me without any problems at 140 stage??
I was told that bachellor with 5 years can be substituted with Masters with 2 Years ..
what are the things I should take into consideration to get my I-140 cleared with this substitution process? My 140 will be processed at Vermont? Any one with similar experience please reply.
Should I just go for labor cerification instead of this substitution?
Any replies will greately help me to start my GC.
