I have my Labor cleared through my current employer in March 2007, under EB2. It was appplied through PERM. We have also applied the I-140 last month. I know there is a long wait ahead. While, I am very happy with my current employer and want to stay with him, is it possible to apply for another I-140 and I-485 concurrently through Labor substitution (pre-approved labor), through another employer. If it is possible, at what point is it important that I join him. Even after joining them, I would still work for my current employer, but I will take a cut in my pay, by paying a percentage of my billing to the new employer (i.e. my payroll will probably run through them).

Also, pardon me for the nature of the post, who might get angry on this for thinking of taking a short cut. Well, I have wasted about 4 1/2 years working for the same company, which exploited my situation and just wanted to make up some lost time. Well, it is not an excuse, but you know how frustrating it can be.
