Hello,

My employer has an approved LC. That LC was applied for a person who has completed Mech. Engg degree in 1995 and having Software experience.

I have completed my Chemical Engg degree in 1990 and have adequate IT experience for more that 8 years. Will I be able to use that approved LC under Labor Substitution?
