Can Any Body Tell Me If Labor Substitution Is Safe? I Have An Offer From A Company With Lc Substitution (2000 Pd ) . It Is A Typical Desi Company. How Safe It It? Iam In A Permenant Job With My Lc Pending In Backlog. Pls Advice.

It all depends on your current visa status also your relationship with your

current company. I would suggest even to take in to consideration your

present PD. If its after dec 2003 and that too Non Rir then I would think

otherwise no. Also this 2000 Pd is Non rir or rir? It all depends buddy.
 
Current LC PD Oct 2003. (RIR )

Current company looks OK for another 6 months - 1 year . After that I dont want to take a guess too far.( Again anything can happen anytime, they can fire or layoff anytime ). Iam into my 6th year of H1-B.

The substituted lC is RIR.

I asked the question because Iam hearing that now a days LC substitution is hard!
