Labor substitution - Work Location

Is there any USCIS rule document mentioning about the work location for the beneficiary of Labor substitution. Does the work location of new beneficiary has to match the work location of original beneficiary, for example if the work location where alien will work is NY on ETA form 750, does that means that it can be used for a person who is going to work in NY.

My attorney is telling me that yes, Work location has to be same. Any suggestion or any document about it.

Thanks

Yes, it has to be same if it is labor based petition. However since immigration is for future employement, you could use that as long as your company and you are willing to relocate upon adjudication.

Also if your petition takes more 180 days, you don't have to move (under AC21 rule) if your company agrees to move that job in your area.
