My labor is pending with SF DOL (RD Apr 2002, EB2 RIR Software Engineer code 031). My company recently got a labor approved for a person in similar to my position/group who no longer who has left. I saw some posts in this board about labor substitution.
What is the procedure for using this labor as a substitute labor for me? What are the risks involved? Is it advisable go down that path? Can 140/485 concurrent filing possible?
