Hi, I have a option of labor transfer of 2004 application as wel as new Perm application. Can anuone plz tell me which will be better in current situation
I would say "PERM". The INS is scrutinizing labor substitutions more thouroughly.
If you are confident about the company, go for subs otherwise, safe bet is own labor
