..I have read the FAQ on this website regarding the labor certificate substitution, but I still have few confusions.
1. Say person A filed his labor certification in 05/01/99 and got it approved on 12/01/99. Now he has green card also.
2. Now ..can a person B in the same company..with exact same qualifications (as of 05/01/99).. can use the same approved labor certification and apply for I-140 today (i.e. 10/8/02)..
Please respond ..very important.
