I am pretty certain this Q has been asked several times on this forum. Sorry to post again but I need urgent help.
I wish to go for Labor substitution: The labor is from Nov. 2004, EB2:
MS +2 yrs OR BS +5years)::: Here is my profile:
***Aug 99 - Dec. 2001 [ Full time work experience in skills specified in labor].
****Jan 2002 - May 2004 [ Break in Full time work exp: Pursued Full time MS during this time].
****Started working again in July 2004. So I have 2.5 of additional work ex. after MS as of now.
Is this labor good for substitution in my case. Does the fact that I completed my MS in the same year in which labor was approved make substitution more risky? Pls. reply.... [ Oh Boy I hate GC].....so much rush and confusion.
