Hello,
I have recently joined a company, which offered to do substitute an approved labor for me. The approved petition was filed in 2002 and I know I need to possess the qualification, experience and skill set at the time the petition was applied.
I have more than the required qualification, experience and skills and to that effect, I have the education proof and experience letters from my previous employers.
However the letters don't indicate the nature of work I was doing.
I am not sure how to furnish documentation regarding the skills set. I am in consulting and though I worked at various client locations, I don't have any review letters from them.
Do I need to produce any additional documentation or just the proof of education and experience will do?
Has anyone come across similar situation before?
Thanks in advance for your help..
Regards,
gp
