I am trying for a pre-approved labor that was already used for some one who had gone upto finger-printing and unfortunately for some personal reasons had to let go the GC process.
With this labor now being free, what are the steps that attorney needs to take if they have to substitute the labor for me. Since I-140 has already been issued in some one else's name does attorney need to re-voke the I-140 first or can be re-voked after applying for I-140 in my name.
Secondly, the labor substitution that I am looking at is for a person who was purely a network-software developer, while my experience and background is purely into System/network Administration and QA in networking.
Will the attorney be able to justify the difference in experience/background. What are the chances or risks in taking this labor.
