Hi Gurus,
I am considering changing my employer to work for a company who are gonna file my l-140 in Nebraska service center using a preapproved labor in EB-2 category..PD is dec 02..my experience and Educational requirements match that of the labor. Should I wait and have it done thru PERM at my current employer it will be (Vermont Service center) ..I have been with my current employer for 4 years and I am comfortable..or should I go with labor substitution..I have 2 more years of H1 left..
Please suggest which one would be faster..
Thanks

Look at which one is safer for you rather than faster. Fortunately U are able to apply in EB-2 under current system but make sure whether you are eligible to apply in EB-2 under PERM. There is lot of confusion about it. I would go for substitution. At least that has been a proven process.
