Labor Substitution - Is Premium Processing Possible for I-140? Experts Please advise.

I have been notified by my lawyer they have a EB2 pre-approved labor which matches my profile.

Can I file for I-140 by premium processing? Does anyone know if this is an option what is the amount and who should the check payable to....?

If you have original labor certificate, then yes - you can file PP for your I140. If you are applying with a copy of labor cert, then no.
