Labor substitution GC - when to join the petitioning employer after GC

Sir,
I am currently working in H1-B visa. I had applied Green Card through another employer using Labor Substitution. If I get my Green Card, does my H1B become invalid immediately? When do I need to join the employer who processed my Green Card? How long I can stay in H1 after I get my Green card? Please note that my H1B employer is different than the employer who processed Green Card.

Your H1 is gone once your I-485 is approved.
You have to join your GC employer immediately upon Green card approval.
 
Although AC-21 can be used if i-485 is pending for more than 180 days. But intention matters in immigration, this is a gray area
