Labor Substitution/GC Sponsor - Have Job Offer

Looking for a labor substitution or an employer who will sponsor GC from a faster state (Wisconsin, Iowa, etc.), Just got a job offer. Intially 1 year contract and potentially 2-3 years. They only want me for some specific skills I have. They had put any further candidate search on hold untill I decide. So I am in search of sponsorship.

But, I need a GC fast as my H1 will expire next year in July ( 2 more months if I can recapture the time outside USA). They need the name of an agency soon. Please write me at kimkhan@yahoo.com
if you know someone that would sponsor from one of the faster states or have an approved labor for Electrical Engineer in the Automotive Field.

Old Labor Cert
MY EMPLOYER HAD DONE LABOR CERT FOR OTHER EMPLOYEE IN 2001 AND GOT GREEN CARD FOR HIM.

CAN I APPLY FOR GREEN CARD I-140-485 BASED ON THAT OLD LABOR CERT?

CAN YOU BECOME PARTNER IN BUSINESS WHILE YOU STILL ON H1_B
