Hi Gurus,

I am planning to use one of the Pre-Approved LC and also received a fax copy of the LC in which under column 14 it is mentioned as following:

Grade : 10
High : 2
College: Bachelors

(this is based on 10+2 Central Board Pattern)

But, I have the following :

Grade : 10
Hight : 1
College : Bachelors

(this is based on 10+1 which is State Board)

So, my question to you GURUS's is can I use this Substitution LC, dees the Grade and High matters which is not what I have.

Would appriciate if any of you can reply me as I have to take some decision with in 1-2 days .

Thanks

-PG

Once you have college education, high school study should not matter. But you never know who gets hand on your file and end up issuing a RFE. To be on safe side, get your undergrad degree evaluated from evaluation agency(s). Normally, USCIS agrees with independent evaluation agency evaluation. .

Also, which state/country has (10+1) system?
