labor substitution case- 140 RFE:
The position requiers on labor filing date Sept. 2001:
Master of science degree in comp. sc., engineering or science, plus 2 yr. of professional
exp. a software engineers, or
a Bachelor's degree in Comp. Sc., engineering, or science, with 5 year of progressive exp. to
satisfy the educational requirement,plus two additional years of professional exp. as a
software engineer(total 7 years)
i have total 6 years of exp. after my B.Sc. (Jun 1995).
i've done NIIT 1 yr. diploma (during B.Sc.) + 1 yr. PGDCA Diploma (during work).
only B.Sc. + PGDCA can satisfy my education evaluation match for USA B.S. Degree...so
excluding my NIIT 1 yr. diploma.
My question is:
1. Does it exactly total 7 yr. or little less than ?
2.How can i show my total 7 yr. exp.? can i show that during B.Sc. (During NIIT Diploma) i was
working?
3.As i have more 1 yr. diploma(NIIT) so (5 yr. of progressive exp. + 2yr. prof. exp.) can be
reduced to (4 yr. of progressive exp. + 2 yr. of prof. exp.)
