Hi,
I am working for company A and company B is ready to substitute a labor for me in EB2 category. The priority date of the labor is May 2002. This labor requires master degree. I have a master’s degree in May 2001. So everything looks fine to me.
The attorney has got back saying that the labor we were trying to substitute (EB2/2002) is not matching my profile because that labor has a masters completed in 2000.
I am not sure what that means. My master's degree is in 2001 and priority date for labor is 2002, so my qualifications are before the priority date, does that not meet the requirement for the labor substitution?
What point am I missing? Please advice and help.
