Guys I need your advice...
My H1 7 years are expiring in June 2007. My employer is doing a labor substitution for me. Can I get H1 extension based on the reciept of I140 incase of labor substitution or do I need I140 approval in order to file for H1 extn?
Please help. My RIR to PERM application was rejected. Do I have any other way to get H1 extenstion.
