Labor Substitute

Recently I posted a message about I-140 denial of my friend from NSC center. Now the same friend, to save time, is interested in finding a labor substitute and I know this is not the appropriate place to talk about it, still it might be helpful for him if anyone knows any available labor substitutes or any company who has approved labor. I would really appreciate the help
 
well it is a matter of help. It is not always possible for everyone like you and me to have an access of internet from office. If you are curious, yes he know english, and certainly can communicate.

Nothing to get annoyed here, it is just a matter of help that is all. All personal interest I have for him is he is my close friend and he is ready to drop the whole process altogether and go back.
