Hi,

My lawyer used an old labor (around 2 years old) for my I-140. The labor was perfectly matching with my qualifications & experience background. The lawyer told me that there should not be any problem but I haven\'t received any update in my case besides old AVM message "it will take 140-250 days blah blah......".

What kind of complications can be expected in my case?

Need Help..........

Just one that I can think of.. You need to have all the qualifications listed on the old LC as of the date that the LC was first filed.. So if the LC was filed in 1998 and approved in 2000, for ,say, BS + 2 you should have your BS + 2 in 1998, NOT TODAY !

Pl. Update?

Can you post if the subsitute LC you used had an i-140 approved? I think If I-140 was filed for somebody else using that LC then you need to revoke that I-140 and file new one for you.
