Hi all,
My company has had layoffs in the past and it was finally acquired by another company. They did a transfer of my H1 visa to the new company name.
The question is, my company (before it was bought) already had a labor certification approved for someone who was later laid off. Now can I use that approved labor certification for myself as a substitue under the new company name.
Thank you

Yes you can.

If it was aquired(ensure it was), then all assets and liabilties are transferred to the company which acquired.
