My friend 140 is about to be filed on a labor substitution.
The 750 says Advanced Degree or 5 years experience.
Unfortunately at the time that labor was filed (whose substitution is being used) my friend was short of 5 years by 20 days !!!! He does not have advanced degree i.e. he is a BE.
Is there any solutions to this. What are the chances of an RFE on such a small deviation. Anyone in similar boat. Please help.
