I have a question about labor sub. The original labour was applied on May 2001 with a MS.
I have the exact job description, title , degree and meet the wage requirements. If I understand it correctly, one should match all the details when labor was applied.
In my case, I had finished all credits for my Masters by May 2001, and did not officially graduate. I officially got my degree in Summer 2002 and joined this firm after that.
Do you guys think it is possible to use this labor sub ?
